Scrimmage against Burlington Township. PHS-79 Burlington-32

The scrimmage against Burlington Township was the result of all the pent up energy and excitement that Princeton had, as they looked to play their first organized game since last season.

AJ Dowers was the star of the game with 20 points and 17 rebounds, Skye Ettin added 12, Brian Dunlap had 16, and DeQuan Holeman, who only played the second half, scored 12 points.

When all is said and done, the game was a good effort by Princeton. The coaching staff was very pleased. The players applied all they had learned in 6 practices, and came out with great intensity and presence.

Although, Princeton prevailed over Burlington Township on Friday, there is a lot of things to work on, and practice before the regular season commences.

Princeton High School will take on Riverside High School on the road next Wednesday.
